EthicsPoint allows for anonymous reporting, helps promote confidentiality, and provides safeguards against retaliation. EthicsPoint: A confidential reporting tool used to address 欺诈, abuse, and misconduct in the workplace. Reports may be made online or via a toll free phone number. EthicsPoint is not a 911 or Emergency Service. Do not use EthicsPoint to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. The preferred method of reporting any issue of concern is to first discuss the matter with your direct supervisor. 另外, if you are uncomfortable discussing your concerns with your supervisor, you may report the matter to your department manager, 人力资源, or any other appropriate 大学 official. - Follow the on-screen instructions, complete the report as thoroughly as you can.
- After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
All reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be handled discretely and given careful attention by the 合规官. If a report specifically names the 合规官, that report will be handled by 大学 Counsel. Situations reported will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with 大学 policies and protocols.
